OSMOSIS

What is Osmosis? Hello viewers, we are going to look at osmosis, the procedure, requirements and it's observations.  It is very important to know how to write an experiment on physics, chemistry and biology.  In your text book it is written in instruction format, which you can not write in your laboratory note book or in your examination.  You have got to write in Past Tense and Passive voice.  Lets go through the definition first. Definition: The movement of solvent molecules of a substance (solid, liquid and gas) from a region of lower concentration to the region of higher concentration through semipermeable membrane.   Aim of experiment:  To demonstrate the process of osmosis   Requirements: Concentrated sugar solution, distilled water, thistle funnel, parchment paper, thread, beaker, clamp stand   Procedure: A thistle funnel was taken.  The mouth of the thistle funnel was covered with a parchment paper and was tied properly.  In a beaker some distilled water was poured.  Concentrated sugar solution was...
